When arriving at your selected western union agent office, you must ask for a Western Union Quick collect form. (Blue bordered form).

When filling out the form, please follow this Guideline:

Dollar Amount (amount you are paying)
Pay To: Associated Credit Services, Inc.
Code City: Millbrook, MA

Once you have completed the transaction at the Western
Union agent, your payment should be recieved at ACS within 30 minutes. You
will be provided a receipt of your transaction by the Western Union agent,
and this should be retained for your records. Should you wish to verify
that your payment was recieved by ACS, or if you have questions about this
service, please "contact us".
